My "nerd" network's recommended books

The embedded Nerdster above loads up restricted to Type: Book, Follow context: nerd, and is rooted in my PoV.
But it's also comletely functional.
- Without an account, you can change Type: all, Follow context: <nerdster> to see other content. You can also change to PoV to others.
- And if you have the ONE-OF-US.NET phone app, you can sign in, like, comment, and more.. (Trust me below to see my network if you don't have anyone else's key available; you can clear that trust later after you connect with someone in person.)

My "nerd" network is meant to challenge me. The recommendations are not based on an affinity for similar content but rather its exclusive membership is rooted in real people I admire in real life. In case they recommend something that surprises me, I'll pay attention, maybe even learn something.

I chose the word "nerd" because although I love my family and friends, I don't expect to learn this type of thing from many of them. I felt that it would be insulting to say that they're not friends or not to follow them on social contexts, but how offensive is it really to not be considered nerd, right?

Feel invited to follow me for "nerd", block me for "news", ... that's your network.

Sign in as yourself, change any settings (books, articles, network reach), and generate your link using "Share link for this view..." under the "/etc" menu.

Humor me and recommend a book, movie, article, whatever...

Install the ONE-OF-US.NET phone app and use it to trust me (vouch for my identity and humanity)

2. Click the QR icon on the bottom right of the phone app to scan a QR code (a person's public identity key or a service's sign-in parameters)
3. Scan my key below and name me for yourself and your (our) network. (Approve the statement, Don't show again;)
Use the phone app to sign into the Nerdster
1. Click QR Sign in above to display the Nerdster's sign-in parameters.
2. Click the QR icon on the bottom right of the phone app to scan a QR code (a person's public identity key or a service's sign-in parameters)
3. Show your phone the Nerdster sign-in prameters.
4. Choose yes when the phone asks you if you want to create a delegate key. (Approve the delegate key with no changes.)
Submit your recommendation on the Nerdster
1. Click the + near the top.
2. Like, leave a comment, ... (Approve the statement, Don't show again;)
Finally (IMPORTANT): Share your identity public key with me (or anyone else) so that you exist in mine (or their) network.
1. Either text me a screenshot of your phone app or use /etc => Share my public key.
